Re: Lord's Supper - frequency?
Lord's Supper which gives assurance of forgiveness, life and salvation should be offered each Sunday and on Festivals that fall on days other than Sundays. I think this is what it says in the Book of Concord. There should never be a command of how often believers should commune, but it should be offered for the benefit of those that hunger and thirst for the Sacrament.

Obviously there is no command concerning specific frequency of the Lord's Supper. I would think if you understand what the a gift it is you would offer it to your people weekly.

I think the Lord's supper should be at minimum twice a month. There are churches that have it every week-but each week it is either in early or late service. I am still surprised that there are older people who only take it once a month. But I understand that was how they were raised. I think we should take it whenever it is offered.
